Pre-Delivery Customer Contact

Initial contact by our local customer services team to arrange a mutually agreeable delivery date at the customer’s earliest convenience.

Delivery survey and access requirements established.

SMS/email sent to confirm delivery window
Home Delivery

Delivery crew will make contact with customer an hour before delivery.

After providing identification our fully uniformed delivery crew will make delivery to the customer’s room of choice.

Delivery Note completed following customer’s inspection of delivered products.

Goods will be unpacked where required and packaging removed for recycling.

Point of Delivery assembly can be completed on items such as beds and sofas, providing customers with the complete home delivery experience.
