Two Person Delivery

Home delivery is our business – we can manage the entire process with over 500,000 successful deliveries each year as testament to the solutions we provide. Our Home delivery solution encompasses 4 key areas:

Goods Receipt
  • Items received at warehouse, subject to 100% item check and visible damage inspection.

  • Deviations or damages reported to client within agreed timeframe.

  • Order details updated to Breezemount Booking System.

  • Orders held in our secure warehousing facilities.

Pre-Delivery Customer Contact
  • Initial contact by our local customer services team to arrange a mutually agreeable delivery date at the customer’s earliest convenience.

  • Delivery date and estimated time window provided, any customer requests or requirements detailed and updated to Breezemount Booking System.

  • Delivery survey and access requirements established.

  • SMS/email sent to confirm delivery window

Home Delivery
  • Delivery crew will make contact with customer an hour before delivery.

  • After providing identification our fully uniformed delivery crew will make delivery to the customer’s room of choice.

  • Delivery Note completed following customer’s inspection of delivered products.

  • Goods will be unpacked where required and packaging removed for recycling.

  • Point of Delivery assembly can be completed on items such as beds and sofas, providing customers with the complete home delivery experience.

  • Real time sign on glass available via tracking solution

  • Picture taken of goods in situation

  • Date, time and Geo stamp photograph taken of customer door sent via email to customer if they are out

Post Delivery
  • Customer Survey conducted based on client requirements.

  • POD reporting and confirmation.

  • Tailored KPI Reporting.

  • Returns Management.
