When you have completed your shopping in IKEA simply make your way to Home Delivery (which is situated behind the checkouts) with your goods. Our service is available throughout the opening hours of the store and a member of staff will be available to process your booking.

Unfortunately at present we can only process orders made at our store locations - Come and visit us in-store at the Home Delivery Desk situated behind the checkout area.

Alternatively UK mainland customers can purchase IKEA products online via their website.

The delivery crew will attempt to contact you approximately 30 minutes prior to their arrival at your property. Additional notice can be provided - simply request that this is added to your delivery details when booking.

Our delivery crews will endeavour to deliver to the room of your choice and are successful in doing so on over 99.5% of deliveries. In the event that we are unable to deliver to your preferred room we will happily deliver to a suitable alternative room.

We specialise in express home delivery and work to ensure our customers receive goods as quickly as possible. Delivery days for each area are specified to support this service and unfortunately we are unable to offer alternatives. However we can offer as much notice as is required to enable a friend or relative to accept delivery.

Our service offering is aimed at providing express home delivery and unfortunately we do not have the holding capacity to store goods. Should you require delivery for a later date please refer to our delivery lead times - you can visit the store closer to your required delivery date.

Unfortunately we do not offer an ‘in-house’ home assembly service - however IKEA can recommend home assembly partners at many of our locations that can provide assembly at a reasonable cost.
