The client is one of the UK’s leading bed specialists, selling a wide variety of beds and bedroom furniture. They operate their own delivery fleet, providing home delivery and light assembly to customers across the UK and Ireland. However like all retail businesses seasonal demand places huge demand on their resources.

As a result the client had a requirement for a service orientated home delivery company to provide support with additional delivery capacity. This requirement developed to include the management of home delivery to ‘long distance’ delivery areas. The client needed to engage a customer centric, cost effective delivery solution.

The Breezemount Solution:

Our existing 2 man delivery operations and our industry experience allowed Breezemount to provide a solution. Breezemount are able to offer reactive support to the client, utilising our fully trained delivery crews and our modern Breezemount branded home delivery vehicles.

Our experienced crews adopt client delivery procedures to ensure Breezemount mirror the service offered by the client’s own home delivery operation. Customers are contacted on the morning of delivery with an estimated 2 hour delivery window, with a follow up call made approximately 30 minutes prior to the crew’s arrival.

Our uniformed 2 man crew will complete delivery to the customer’s room of choice, safe in the knowledge that the delivery is being made by home delivery professionals. Our delivery crew will unpack the customer’s products and assemble a wide variety of beds including divans, bedsteads, electric adjustable beds and even TV beds. Waste packaging is then removed for client recycling, ensuring the customer’s bed is literally ready for use – a complete home delivery service.
